Our families come from across the country, so we have made travel as calm and as visible as we can. Collect in person if you are able — we love it — and if not, your puppy flies in the cabin with a dedicated nanny and you can track the journey from the gate.

The one we quietly hope you choose. Approved families are welcome at our home to collect their puppy, meet the parents and see where the litter was raised.

Weekend collections are the norm, and we can usually accommodate a weekday if that suits you better.

Too far to drive? Your puppy travels with a dedicated pet nanny who carries them in the aircraft cabin and stays with them for the entire journey.

Please read before asking to visit
We do not host drop-in visits from prospective buyers who have not yet been approved. Once you are approved, you are warmly welcome to visit and collect your puppy in person. It is not about being unwelcoming — it is about keeping an unvaccinated litter safe.
Why the policy exists
Puppies under sixteen weeks have incomplete immunity, and parvovirus travels on shoes. A steady stream of visitors also stresses a nursing mother in ways that show up in her puppies.
So we keep the door closed until a family is approved — and then we open it properly, with time set aside and no rush.
Common questions
One to two weeks is ideal, though shorter notice is often workable. The earlier you tell us, the more flight options we have and the better the timing tends to be.
Yes, in the cabin. Our puppies travel with a dedicated nanny who holds them throughout — never in cargo, never unattended, and never on a route with an unnecessary connection.
Food and water bowls, a crate, a bed and a stair gate. We will tell you exactly which food your puppy has been eating so you can have it in the house. Our Basic Care guide has the full checklist.
